Clients’ images – their storage and retention
Clients’ images are only used on the website portfolio, social media sites and the blog with written consent. Images that are used within a supplier’s portfolio of products again would have written consent from clients.

Order Fulfilment
Every effort is made to ensure that images are kept private and are transferred via secure routes to my suppliers to fullfil client orders.

Image and Video retention
As I have copyright over all my images and footage, this will continue for 70 years after my death and so I try to keep all images with a review after 5 years after a photography session. This is a personal choice and clients must not rely on the fact that I keep images just in case my hard drives become damaged and unusable. It is my hope that if a client does have a problem with their copies of images that I would still have a back up for them but this cannot be presumed or relied upon.

Social Media Policy & Usage
We adopt a Social Media Policy to ensure our business and our staff conduct themselves accordingly online. While we may have official profiles on social media platforms users are advised to verify authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. We will never ask for user passwords or personal details on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media.
There may be instances where our website features social sharing buttons, which help share web content directly from web pages to the respective social media platforms. You use social sharing buttons at your own discretion and accept that doing so may publish content to your social media profile feed or page. You can find further information about some social media privacy and usage policies in the resources section below.
